Heinz Ahlmeyer Memorial Scholarship

Created to honor the memory of Heinz Ahlmeyer, First Lieutenant United States Marine Corps, a Pearl River resident and former student at Rockland Community College, for his ultimate sacrifice for our country during the Vietnam War. While at RCC, Heinz was co-captain of the 1963 wrestling team and a member of the soccer team.

Criteria: Must have been a member of a high school sports team and involved in community service. Must be a prospective or prior graduate of Pearl River High School and enrolling at RCC in the Fall semester. Minimum High School Average: 75%.
