Ruth May Seberry Scholarship II

Sponsored by the Vietnam Veterans of America, Chapter 333, Rockland County, NY to honor the memory of Ruth May Seberry. Provides financial assistance to an RCC student veteran.

Criteria: Must be a Rockland County resident. Must be a honorably discharged US Veteran with a minimum of 180 days active service or active duty service personnel. Must upload the DD-214 for verification by RCC Veterans Affairs. Must attend a VVA Chapter 333 meeting to receive the scholarship. Minimum GPA: 2.5.
