Ruth May Seberry Scholarship

Sponsored by the Vietnam Veterans of America, Chapter 333, Rockland County, NY, to honor the memory of Ruth May Seberry. Provides financial assistance to an RCC new student who demonstrate financial need.

Criteria:_Student is a new student for the fall semester and will continue at RCC in the Spring Student outlines how they have worked to improve their situation or self: or society as a whole_Student explains obstacles they have overcome to get to college_student details a strong commitment to education_Student may demonstrate a financial need_student oulines a specific career goal with a plan that includes RCC.
