Dr. Morris & Professor Libby Bay Music / Theater Scholarship

Established in memory of Morris Bay and Professor Libby Bay to honor their love for music and RCC.

Criteria: Must be a continuing student enrolling in the Fall semester in the Performing Arts programs with a concentration in music or musical theater. Must be active in Performing Arts productions and/or events. Minimum GPA: 2.75.
