Fletcher Scholarship Trust Fund
Established in memory of Milton Fletcher to benefit graduates of Rockland County high schools who wish to pursue a college education.
Criteria: Must be a resident of Rockland County for at least one year and not be the recipient of public assistance. The course of study must be purposeful and socially useful.
